Vonoom is 26 year old Michael Sundo.
His journey into electronic music began in Japan when his brother first introduced him to Goa Trance in the late 90's. It wasn't much to his taste but he slowly grew more interested as the beats kept on rolling behind his brother's door. By 2000 he was beginning to DJ psytrance around the growing austrian psy scene, and by 2003 he started dabbling with a bit of music production.
Only in the past few years, however, have those productions really begun to take shape and reach maturity, both creatively and technically. He now focuses mostly on the downbeat genres, usually chilled, often dubby, always with a pinch of psychedelia but the odd diversion into more danceable territory does happen.
Michael was born in Denmark, but has lived half of his life abroad including Japan, Austria and England. He's now back in Denmark and studying a Masters in digital design and communication.
